List Gateway: Group Count Results

You may gain further insight of your counts by grouping by geography fields and/or system fields.

1. On the Summary Screen select Count Settings.

2. From the Group by Geography drop down select one of the following:

• Area Code

• City

• Congressional District

• County

• Metro

• State

• ZIP Code

3. From the Group by Field select one of the following:

• For BizBase™

  • Cultural Background

  • Employees Size Ranges

  • Hispanic Language Usage Segment

  • Hispanicity

  • NAICS: gives numeric value

  • NAICS Description

  • Primary SIC: returns 8 digit SIC Code

  • Primary SIC Description: returns description for the 4 digit SIC Code

  • Sales Volume Ranges

  • Women Owned Business Indicator

• For HomeBase™

  • Asian Indic Language Usage Segment
  • Asianicity (Asian Acculturation Segments)
  • Chinese Language Usage Segment
  • Cultural Background
  • Education
  • Estimated Income
  • Gender

  • Hispanic Background

  • Home Owner/Renter

  • Home Property Type

  • Individualized Hispanic Language Segment

  • Individualized Hispanicity Segment

  • Japanese Language Usage Segment

  • Korean Language Usage Segment

  • Marital Status

  • Net Worth

  • Occupation

  • PersonicX Financial Group

  • PersonicX Insurance Group

4. Click Count. When the count returns the Count Results tab will be enabled.

5. Click the Count Results tab.

6. To save count results to a file, scroll to bottom of list and click the Export Grid icon.

7. From the context menu select Microsoft Excel and then select Export Now.
