MDx Reports: Export

To export the MDx report to Microsoft Excel (WYSIWYG) export format, click the Excel Export icon on the bottom-right of the grid.

Microsoft Excel (WYSIWYG) - WYSIWYG stands for "What You See Is What You Get". This format exports whatever is currently shown in the report grid. If a level is expanded, it will be exported as expanded showing the child levels.

You may also choose to export only specific portions of the report by specifying a particular row or table.

To Copy a Row

  1. Right click on the row that you want to copy.

  2. From the context menu select Copy this Row.

  3. Go to a spreadsheet or any other application where you want the row data copied and paste it there.

To Copy a Table

  1. Right click on a row in the level you want to copy. If the row is a "child" of a higher-level entry, only the lower-level table for that country is copied.

  2. From the context menu select Copy this Table.

  3. Go to the spreadsheet or any other application where you want the table data copied and paste it there.
