Media Target: Save Settings and/or Project

The Save feature offers two separate functions that can be executed simultaneously or individually.

Save the Media Target Settings and/or Map:

  1. On the sub-menu click Save.

  2. Select any or all of the following options:

  • Save Settings check box.

  • Save Current Settings radio button: This function will save all the parameters defined on the Data Settings, Map Settings, and Media Settings tabs and will be retrieved when you first access Media Target. This would include the data type, indicator, map color palette, distribution method, custom ranges if defined, any border or label options as well as the media selected.

  • Restore Default Settings radio button: This option will reset the parameters defined on the Data Settings, Map Settings, and Media Settings tabs to what was defined when you were initially given access to the system.

  • Save Project check box. Media Target allows you to save the current view of your map, together with all your Data Settings, Map Settings, and Media Settings for later retrieval from My Projects.
