Download a Purchased Processed File
Once a processed file has been purchased, the icon under the Action column changes from a Shopping Cart 
icon to a Download Output 
icon. Click the desired Download Output icon to start downloading the file. When asked either to Open or Save the file, choose Save to maintain it on your machine for easier access later.
Download a Generated Report
Marketscape reports are persisted to your projects when exported to Microsoft Excel and all Retail Target reports are persisted to your projects once generated.
To download reports, click the desired Download Output
