My Projects: Manage Project Details
Click My Projects.
On the navigation menu All Projects displays all your projects by default in reverse chronological order. Click specific tabs to list projects that correspond only to respective module.
Project Details
To view project details, click the Project Name under the project heading.

The Project Details window displays specific information and allows you to modify the project name.

The project details displays some or all of the following information depending on the type of project selected:
Project Details | Description |
---|---|
Project Name | The descriptive title of each file. |
Status | Current status of the project. |
Processed Records | Number of records processed for the project. |
Price | If applicable it displays the cost of the project, otherwise it displays N/A. |
Transaction Count | Billable transaction units. |
Purchased By | User name of the client who processed the project. |
Transaction Date | Date and time of when the project was created based on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). |
Project Selections | Shown only for DirecTarget® and Retail Target. For DiecTarget it list options selected to append to file. For Retail Target it list actions performed for Geocoding process. |
Amount Breakdown | Itemized breakdown of the price of the project. |
List Gateway:HomeBase™ | List only HomeBase projects. |
List Gateway:BizBase™ | List only BizBase projects. |
My Shares | List only projects shared by you. |
Others' Shares | List only projects that others have shared with you. |
Errors | List projects that failed to fully process. |
Rename Project

Under the Project heading click the Project Name to view the project details.

Double click in the Project Name text field. The Project Name field is enabled.

Enter the new project name.

Click OK.

To close Project Details window click Cancel.
View Other User's Projects
Only the company administrators have the authority to view other user’s projects. If you are a company administrator, select the user’s name that you are interested in from the All Accounts drop down located in lower right corner of the window.
The Administrator may also view all projects done by all users within the company by selecting All Accounts from the list.
NOTE: Non-adminstrators will see other names listed when projects have been shared with them.
