Retail Target: Map Report

To view and export to Microsoft Excel the data that corresponds to the trade areas defined on the map, in the submenu:

1. Click and then select Map Report.

2. A window opens showing the data in grid form that you can download to Excel for further analysis or printing.

3. To sort the report in descending order, click on the column header you want the report to be sorted by. Click the column heading again to sort in ascending order.

4. To swap columns and rows in the report window, click the Transpose icon.

   NOTE:  The Transpose function only modifies the layout of report in the preview window, the report exports to Excel in original format.

5. To export to Microsoft Excel, click the Download Report icon located on the lower right.

NOTE:  All Retail Target reports are automatically saved to My Projects and may be downloaded and/or previewed again.
