Target Builder

The Target Builder tool allows you to create customized target groups using standard segmentation data. Each target group you save can include one or more individual targets. The selection screen makes it easy to identify segments and add them to a target.

You can create any number of targets within the same segmentation system for use in data analysis and reporting. Create a large group of related targets to select subsets quickly, or create specific targets identified for individual products.

To create a target group, you need to do the following:

1. Select a source to create your target group.

NOTE:  If you select to use a segmentation system, you can also define the segments by using profiles.

2. Depending on the source that you have selected to use, you can create your targets and create your target groups on the Grid View screen, Chart View screen, or Score View screen.

When the job has been submitted, you can view the target group generation status on the My Jobs screen. The generated target groups are also saved to your My Content.
